Gianna Aiezza
Gianna Aiezza oversees the services of Envirospec Engineering’s offices. Her responsibilities include oversight of the staff and business operations as well as managing designated projects. Ms. Aiezza has more than 12 years of experience in managing complex environmental projects. As both a consultant and a regulator, Ms. Aiezza has gained extensive knowledge in environmental regulations, compliance and in remediation projects.
Ms. Aiezza has been responsible for permitting industrial facilities in several states throughout the United States and its territories. Her permitting expertise includes all aspects of environmental permitting including air, water and waste. She has extensive knowledge of environmental regulations on both the state and federal level. She has also prepared compliance plans for numerous facilities including Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Spill Countermeasure and Control Plans (SPCC), Best Management Practices (BMP) Plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
As both a consultant and a regulator, Ms. Aiezza has gained extensive experience in environmental remediation projects for both hazardous waste cleanup and petroleum spills. Her experience as a consultant has included the preparation of investigation work plans for Phase II and Remedial Investigations, preparation of Investigation Reports and Feasibility Studies, completion of remedial designs, investigation and remedial action oversight, preparation of engineering certification reports and long term operation and monitoring sampling and reporting. As a regulator, Ms. Aiezza was a project manager for hazardous waste remediation projects and for spill response projects at both the State and County levels.
Areas of expertise in the environmental field include planning investigations, writing and reviewing reports, design of remedial systems, project specifications, development of project basis of design and detailed design of environmental systems. Permitting expertise includes extensive knowledge of regulations, air permitting expertise, project permitting for water and waste, and emergency planning and spill prevention.
